You can download as many cores (emulators) as you want, but here are the ones I recommend. Go to the Online Updater, then core downloader. Make sure to do all these steps to both the 64-bit and 32-bit version of the app. The reason for this is that some emulators are broken on the 64-bit version, but we'll want to use the 64-bit version of the app for most of the emulators.
